We act as your team in China: we find and verify suppliers, negotiate prices, manage samples and production, inspect quality, and arrange shipping. You get factory-direct pricing with local expertise and protection.

We don’t set a strict minimum, but factories have MOQs (minimum order quantities). Typical MOQs range from 100 to 1,000 units depending on the product and customization. We’ll tell you the MOQ in every quote.

Most quotes are ready in 2–5 business days. Simple, standard products can be faster; complex custom parts with drawings may take a little longer.

Yes. Check the NDA box on the RFQ form and we will sign before reviewing your files. We can also arrange NNN agreements with factories for custom designs.

Quotes are free. For orders, we charge a transparent service fee based on order value. Inspections, audits and other individual services are priced per man-day. See our Fees page for details.

The standard terms are a 30% deposit to start production and the 70% balance after the pre-shipment inspection passes. We pay verified factory accounts on your behalf.

No. You see the actual factory price on every quote. Our fee is listed separately.

We start with factories in the right industrial cluster, verify their licenses and export history, and audit their capability. Only qualified suppliers make it into your quote comparison.

We hold the balance payment and work with the factory to rework or replace defective goods, then re-inspect. You only release payment once the goods pass.

Yes. We handle logos, packaging, design changes and fully custom (OEM/ODM) products, including new tooling.

Express courier, air freight, sea freight (LCL and FCL) and rail to some destinations. We can deliver to your door, warehouse or Amazon FBA.

Delivered Duty Paid — we handle freight, customs clearance and import duties, and deliver to your address for one all-in price.

Yes. Our warehouse consolidates goods from multiple suppliers into one shipment to save on freight and simplify customs.
