Service fees
Simple, transparent pricing.
Quotes are always free. You pay one clear service fee — every other cost is passed on at invoiced cost, and anything without an official invoice is never charged to you.
How we make money
Four rules we never break
No invoice, no charge
Every cost we pass on — factory payments, samples, inspections, freight, labor, warehouse rent — is backed by an official invoice (Chinese fapiao or the provider’s formal invoice). Anything without an invoice is never billed to you.
One transparent service fee
Factory prices are passed on at cost, with the supplier’s original quote attached. We earn only the service fee shown on your quote — no hidden markups, no supplier kickbacks.
A daily work log you can see
Every working day we record what we did, at what time, what happened, and why we made each decision. You receive the log with photos and documents, so you always know where your money and your order stand.
You approve before we spend
Any cost outside the agreed quote — an extra inspection, a courier, overtime labor — needs your written approval first.

Invoice policy
No invoice, no charge.
Every cost we pass on to you is backed by an official invoice — a Chinese fapiao or the provider’s formal invoice — which we attach to your statement. If a cost has no invoice, we absorb it. You never pay for “miscellaneous” items, cash tips or estimates.
- Costs outside the quote need your written approval first
- Original supplier quotes shared with you — no markup on goods
- We accept no commissions or kickbacks from suppliers
- Monthly statement: service fee + invoiced costs, line by line
| Pass-through cost | Proof you receive |
|---|---|
| Factory goods & tooling | Supplier’s original quote and invoice attached |
| Samples & courier | Courier waybill and invoice |
| Labor (assembly, rework, temporary workers) | Agency invoice; typically RMB 20–35 per worker-hour |
| Warehouse rent & handling | Landlord / warehouse invoice |
| Lab tests & certificates | Laboratory invoice |
| Freight, duties & insurance | Forwarder, carrier and customs invoices |
| Travel outside major hubs | Train / flight tickets and hotel invoices |
Daily work log
See what we did — every day, with times and reasons
You see the same record we keep internally: what we did, at what time, what happened, and why.
| Time | What we did | What happened | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 08:30 | Called the factory to confirm production status | Line 2 started the bulk order; 1,200 of 5,000 pcs assembled. | We check status before the factory’s morning meeting so problems are raised the same day. |
| 10:15 | Checked incoming materials at the workshop | Aluminum sheet thickness 1.48–1.51 mm (spec 1.5 ± 0.05). Approved. | Material errors are the most expensive defects to find late. |
| 13:40 | Paid the courier for revised samples — US$38 (invoice attached) | DHL waybill 12xxxx90, arriving Thursday. | You approved this cost by email at 09:02. |
| 15:20 | Negotiated carton change with the packaging supplier | Upgraded to 5-ply cartons at +US$0.04 per unit, waiting for your approval. | Your drop-test requirement failed with 3-ply cartons. |
| 17:30 | Sent this log with 14 photos and 2 invoices | — | So you always know what happened and why. |
