Can you assemble products from different suppliers?
Yes. Components are delivered to an assembly workshop, checked, assembled or kitted to your work instruction, packed and labeled, then shipped as one finished product.
How is assembly priced?
Supervision is US$30–50 per hour (standard US$40), or a fixed price per unit for repeat jobs. Workers, materials and workspace are passed on at invoiced cost.
How do you control assembly quality?
A golden sample, a written work instruction, first-piece approval and in-line checks, plus a final AQL inspection before packing.
