Production Monitoring: frequently asked questions

Is production monitoring included?

Yes, with full-service sourcing. For individual orders, on-site follow-up visits cost up to US$150 each; remote updates with photos from the factory are free.

How often will I get updates?

Every working day you receive our work log: what we did, at what time, what happened and why. Factory visits are scheduled at the key milestones — materials, first articles, mid-production and packing.

What happens if production is late?

We flag it the day we see it, find the cause and agree a recovery plan with the factory. Delay penalties in the contract help keep your order a priority.
