Product Sourcing: frequently asked questions
How much does product sourcing cost?
Finding suppliers and sending you a quote comparison is free. If you order, a service fee of 5–10% of the goods value applies (10% under US$5,000, 8% up to US$20,000, 5–6% above; minimum US$300). Factory prices are passed on at cost with the original quote attached.
How many suppliers will you compare?
At least three qualified factories for each product, chosen from the industrial cluster that specializes in it. You get a side-by-side comparison of price, MOQ, lead time, certifications and our recommendation.
How long does it take to get quotes?
Usually 2–5 business days. Standard products are faster; custom parts that need drawings reviewed by the factory engineers can take a few days longer.
Do you work with trading companies or only factories?
We prefer manufacturers and always tell you which is which. For small mixed orders a specialized trading company is sometimes the better choice — we explain why before you decide.
