Can you visit a supplier’s workshop without telling them?
No. We do not do covert or undercover visits — no hidden cameras, no false identities. Visits are agreed with the supplier or based on an audit right in your contract, and carried out openly by a professional auditor. That protects both parties’ privacy and keeps the relationship intact.
What if the supplier refuses a visit?
We help you negotiate: a short video walkthrough, third-party audit reports, references from other buyers, or an audit clause in the contract. A supplier that refuses every option is itself a useful signal.
How much does a factory visit cost?
US$299–499 per visit (one man-day), standard US$349, including a written assessment with photos. Video calls during the visit are available on request.
