System Requirement

The system required a custom vessel for robotic assembly and pneumatic fixtures. The design basis called for heatless or heated desiccant drying using compressed air, with the vessel integrated into the customer's compressor, gas-generation or process skid. Space, pressure stability, maintenance access and connection orientation had to be coordinated before fabrication.

Project Solution

A 1,200 L vertical vessel was selected with emphasis on paired A/B adsorption towers with matched internal volume and nozzle elevations. Main process connections were planned around approximately DN40 inlet and DN50 outlet sizes, subject to final flow and pressure-drop review. The vessel geometry, supports, drain/vent points and inspection access can be adjusted to the customer drawing, skid footprint and applicable pressure-vessel code.

Manufacturing Focus

Nozzle orientation, support design and drainage points are customized to reduce site piping changes and simplify installation.
