Provide a continuous and efficient transfer of materials, reducing the need for manual handling and increasing productivity. For example, they can move large volumes of coal at a steady rate, ensuring a smooth flow of the mining operation. Adapt to the underground environment by being able to navigate through tunnels, around corners, and along slopes. This flexibility allows for better utilization of the mine layout and connection of different mine sections.
Design	The design of underground Conveyor comprises various components such as pulleys, the belt, idlers, the drive system, and any necessary accessories or controls for operation. The material is first loaded onto the conveyor belt through the loading device. As the drive unit rotates the drive pulley, the friction between the pulley and the belt causes the belt to move. The idler rolls support the belt and keep it in the correct position as it moves. The material is then transported along the length of the belt until it reaches the unloading point, where it is discharged using the unloading device.
